Tax Deductible/Tax Credit Information
All donations to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are 100% tax deductible.
Some nonprofit organizations are Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit (CCCC) eligible and Enterprise Zone (EZ) Contribution Credit eligible. A list of eligible Partnership for Colorado Tax Credit Organizations can be found here. A list of United Way Tax Credit Organizations can be found here. Tax credit gifts must be a one-time $500 minimum donation in the form of a credit card payment or check made directly to the eligible nonprofit.
